Drawing to express feelings.

Sometimes feelings seem to get stuck inside my body and it creates a lot of anxiety for me on a daily basis. Lately I've been exploring drawing to try and explain to myself what I'm feeling and where the anxiety is coming from, I am still working on this particular healing element but I am seeing small benefits already, the image you see above is a drawing I created on a drawing app on my iPad with an apple pen.
